EIHL: impresa Sheffield, sconfitto il belfast

È successo! Quello che sembrava impossibile è accaduto oggi. Il Belfast perde la sfida con lo Sheffield di coach Barrasso. 2 a 4 il risultato finale. Ne approfitta il Nottingham che, superando il Glasgow 7 a 2, si porta in classifica ad un solo punto dai Giants in testa con 36 punti. Cade anche il Cardiff, ai rigori, contro il Dundee, shootout decisivo di Marquardt. Nelle altre partite vincono all’overtime Guildford e Fife rispettivamente contro il Coventry e Manchester.
